Before the Installation:

Before the installation, we will meet with our clients to discuss their initial requirements, their expectations from us and what they're hoping to eventually achieve from their new installation. As part of the meeting, we'll discuss any additional works that might be underway through other contractors such as building works that might lead to a change in colour scheme, layout or decoration. We'll also discuss what our clients overall objective's are.

We will then work with our clients to create a bespoke design and in order to do this we might demonstrate appropriate products or offer examples of work that has been undertaken in similar venues.

Finally, we will offer a work estimate so that the client can budget accordingly and we will agree a final design and terms and conditions before any work goes ahead.

During the Installation

During the installation process, our office will continue to work closely with the client to ensure that they're kept up-to-date with any developments whilst our on-site engineers complete the installation process. The installations themselves will always be completed to a very high-standard by our own in-house team of a highly competent, fully-trained and experienced engineers.

If any specialist work is needed that cannot be completed by our own team, we may decide to work with subcontractors. However, you can rest assured that we have a specific network of subcontractors that we use on a regular basis. These are companies/individuals who have demonstrated a very high standard of work for us in the past and who have worked with us for a number of years on various projects. They are able to provide the same level of care and dedication as our own engineers and receive the same level of training as our permanent engineers.

As part of the installation process, any set-up and programming of equipment will be completed to the client's specification as part of an agreed time-scale that allows for minimal disruption to your normal working environment. Whilst our engineers are on site, they will be clean and presentable, appropriately attired and they will behave in a professional manner at all times.

After the Installation

 After the installation, our engineers will be on hand to make sure that your equipment continues to run smoothly. In order to do this we offer both preventitive and reactive maintenance contracts:

Planned Preventitive Maintenance (PPM) - This type of work will involve our engineers visiting the venue every six to twelve months in order to carry out general servicing of your new equipment. This might involve changing lamps or cleaning out fans/other internal parts in order to prolong the life of the equipment. 

Reactive Maintenance - This type of work will involve our engineers visiting site if a specific fault or problem arises in order to complete a repair. We have a dedicated service line available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to ensure that an engineer is always on hand if required and we keep engineers on call during weekends and bank holidays so that we can always get somebody out to you in emergency situations.
