Availability

We understand how frustrating it can be when something goes wrong so we work hard to make sure that our friendly and helpful staff are always easy to contact if you have any concerns or questions:

  • Our phone lines are staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week so there will always be somebody on hand to help you when it’s needed.
  • We have fully-trained and experienced engineers on call 365 days a year so that we can get somebody to you when it matters most.
  • If you contact us by email, we’ll respond to it within one working day.

 

After Sales Service

At Infinite AV, we're here to help you even after the sale takes place. We offer emergency callout, repair and refurbishment and planned preventitive maintenance (PPM) services:-

  • When you take advantage of a new Planned Preventative Maintenance contract, your first service will be absolutely free!
  • If your equipment cannot be fixed on site we install loan equipment at no extra charge whilst your own equipment is repaired. If your equipment cannot be repaired you can borrow our loan stock (at no extra charge) until your new equipment arrives.*
  • We always warranty the equipment we supply to at least the length of the manufacturer’s warranty. So, if a manufacturer offers a three year warranty, we’ll pass this on to you to make sure that you’re not missing out on a great deal!

Professional and Experienced Team

We understand the importance of having a professional and experienced team who will work with you to minimise any impact on your usual day-to-day operations  by:

  • Arriving in clean, sign-written vehicles;
  • Being appropriately attired in a branded uniform;
  • Wearing Staff ID Cards whilst on site;
  • Signing in and out of your site if required;
  • Displaying a professional attitude to work and not using inappropriate language in front of customers or staff.

 

Health and Safety

All of our engineers (including any subcontractors we choose to work with) have received high quality health and safety training in the following areas:

  • Working at Heights
  • Scaffolding
  • Fire Safety
  • Electrical Safety
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Etc...

 We are also working towards becoming Safe Contractor and Altius Approved and have made a commitment to achieve a Certificate of Commitment from CSCS in the first quarter of 2014.

Additional Services

•If scaffolding is needed to install any equipment, this will be provided and erected as part of a standard callout or installation – no additional cost is payable for the use of this equipment.
•If a site-survey is required before undertaking any work or before providing a quote this will take place with no additional cost involved.
•Infinite AV has Public Liability Insurance to the value of £10,000,000.
