In my previous role on consultancy side, Ben would always be by my side, saving my clients money whilst not compromising on quality and this has been replicated since my move to Ei Group. By looking at our AV systems from a sound engineering angle rather than following a manufacturers install guide, we have always ended up with far better and bespoke installations that meet our needs rather than just being tied to a specific manufacturer.
Ben (and Dave) have always been there should I need any advice, whether they were currently working on my projects or not and, possibly the most amazing achievement has been their ability to explain complicated technology so I can understand and explain to others!
Most recently, Infinite have been working on our Craft Union brand (a heavily AV focussed offer), our Managed Joint Venture offerings (with the amazing install at The Bedford at Balham – but also the install of TVs / Hotel Management system at a recent pub with rooms project) and undertaking a large AV roll-out in our L&T estate with one of our major brewers.

Putting a brand new audio/lighting system into such an iconic and multi layered venue as The Bedford required an incredible amount of attention to detail and an eye for innovation. Working closely with David and Ben from Infinite we spent a great deal of time diving into the intricate detail of how to enable us to take our operations to another level through the use of extensive DSP implementation, carefully chosen speaker/amp combinations and a unique circular truss to both add extensive new lighting as well site extra speakers create the perfect sonic environment for our Club Room. Infinite's passion for audio built a strong foundation and understanding between us making the whole process of planning and implementation rewarding and inspirational, leading to an install that makes The Bedford one of the best looking and best sounding venue spaces in the world.

I have worked with Infinite AV on a large business wide project which has included many moving parts and at times has been challenging, especially with the ongoing situation with covid-19. Infinite have always been responsive and have the customer's best interests at heart. I have personally developed a very good relationship with the team and by working together we have been able to react quickly to an issues we are faced with. The aim of the project was the improvement of customer viewing experiences within our pubs which IAV have definitely helped us achieve, you just have to look at the amount of Regional Managers nominating pubs on every phase to see first-hand the success of the project. The after sale support has been fantastic with IAV responding to call outs almost instantaneously by picking up the phone and talking our publicans through how to fix any problems that arise. Overall, the project has gone from strength to strength with ever phase and I look forward to working with Infinite on more projects!
